Founded in 2022, Orange is Essex’s freshest and most exciting Health & Beauty, Food & Drink, Lifestyle award-winning PR and Marketing Agency. Our team is passionate about adding zest to the marketing segment of our clients' businesses to help them shine bright in a busy market. We work with brands that are on the doorstep of Orange HQ in Colchester as well as ones around the world.

Megan Dorian

Founder

Megan is the glue that holds Orange together. Her motto? There’s no such thing as a bad idea (unless it’s banning tea drinking in the office as that would just be silly). A dedicated, engaged and darn good founder, she realised the need for a forward-thinking PR and marketing agency in Essex, one which puts client growth and goals first. With years of experience in the game, Megan ensures the team delivers juicy results that go far beyond just a good idea. Putting it simply, she knows her stuff!

Whilst she’s not working, Megan is mum to the most adorable little girl (that’s a fact). She also enjoys checking out Essex's food and drink scene, holidays and soaking up the sun at local beaches.

Amelia Bolton

Account Manager

Idea generator, wordsmith and go-getter all in one. Before joining Orange, Amelia worked as a deputy editor in magazine journalism so she knows exactly what makes the news. She’s also amazingly good with words and the brains behind these beautifully crafted team descriptions. Amelia loves living, breathing (and tasting) the brands she works on. The first to ask ‘what’s next?’, give her a brief and she’ll go above and beyond it.

In her spare time, Amelia (attempts) to play tennis Emma Raducanu-style and is even trying her hand at sustainable floristry, selling British-grown cut flowers locally. #grownnotflown

Account Executive

With previous experience at Arcadia Group working with the UK’s leading fashion brands, Saskia is a master at securing coverage in print, broadcast and digital media outlets. Plus, we’ve got a social media marketing magician on our hands here too. Constantly staying one step ahead of social trends, she never misses a trick. Saskia’s skill and expertise lies in getting to know the brands we work with to help develop tailored strategies whilst producing creative content that delivers across all platforms. Trust us, you’re in (very) good hands.

Away from her desk, Saskia is a total jet setter. Exploring Italy is next on her bucket list, as well as the Greek islands. Closer to home, she loves spending time with her friends, family and fur baby Chyna.

With over a decade of experience in public relations, Lucy brings plenty of energy to the Orange office and a lot to the table (yep, including those all-important homemade meeting snacks). Her warm personality has helped her to build strong relationships with journalists and she loves nothing more than getting to know the people behind our clients’ brands. Outside of the office, Lucy enjoys days out with her darling daughters. She also attends a weekly sewing club and Friday nights at the McKechnie household involve pizza making – yum!
